We made it!

Can you believe today is the LAST day of first grade!?  Where did the time go??

We had such an amazing year together.  I could not have asked for a better group of kids and families...I feel truly blessed!

Keyboarding
I'm sure you have heard your child talking about our new keyboarding program our classroom got to pilot this year called Keyboarding Without Tears!  It has been a lot of fun learning how to type!  Here are the steps for accessing this program at  home.

Go to:  program.kwtears.com/
Enter the code:  140  CD9
From there, your child will know how to access his/her account.

For the iPad:  Go to the app store and search for the free app Keyboarding Without Tears.  Then follow the same directions above.

I recommend spending spending no more than 15 minutes a day practicing keyboarding.


News from the Hogue Family

I shared this exciting news with the kiddos yesterday....we are expecting our first baby this December!

I had MANY offers to come over and help me change diapers ;)  I may just have to take some of them up on that this winter!



Thanks again for such a great year!  I feel truly blessed to have been a part of your child's life.  I will miss each and everyone of them! Have a wonderful summer!
